Fixed prices are set by OSCAR based on job type and complexity. When a booking arrives, you see the job, the location, the estimated duration, and the payout — before you accept. There is nothing to negotiate. The awkward "what do you charge?" conversation is gone entirely.

Automatic bank transfer every Monday

The process
How to join — 7 business days
Most professionals are fully active within a week of applying. There is no exclusivity requirement — you can continue taking your own bookings alongside OSCAR jobs.
Submit application
Fill in the application form below. Upload your professional license and any relevant certifications. Takes 5–10 minutes.
OSCAR verifies credentials
We verify your license with the issuing body and run a background check. This takes 2–3 business days. You will hear from us either way.
Two supervised jobs
Complete two probationary jobs. These are monitored for quality and timing. Customer feedback is collected immediately after each.
Full activation
Once cleared, you start receiving bookings automatically. Set your working hours and preferred areas in the app. Jobs start arriving.
